What we are looking for:

An entrepreneurial, growth-focused sales professional who has successfully created a positive impact through year-on-year business expansion. You are passionate about bringing in new logos and business development. You know and have run all phases of a sales cycle, including qualification, sales pursuit, and close by applying deep sales processes and technical expertise. You develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients by utilizing a differentiated roadmap and framework leveraging the latest cloud-based technologies.

As Head of Sales, you will:

  • Lead the sales team in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Sell Software Testing Solutions, QA, and Software Testing services to Enterprises and ISVs
  • Identify potential opportunities and client acquisition by targeting the decision-makers
  • Identify revenue opportunities in the enterprise space through extensive market research
  • Work with the inside sales team and marketing teams to generate enterprise leads.
  • Pitch the right solutions to the client, negotiate, and close the deal
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive business success.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

• Must have proven experience in selling software services business and sales leadership roles

• Must have Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify market trends and opportunities

• Exceptional negotiation skills to secure profitable partnerships with clients

• Must have a solid understanding of technology sales and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to clients

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Must be willing to travel globally
