About Data Analytics (DA)

Data Analytics is one of the highest growth LOB within Evalueserve, providing you rewarding career opportunities. Established in 2014, the global DA team extends beyond 1000+ (and growing) data science professionals across data engineering, business intelligence, digital marketing, advanced analytics, technology, and product engineering. What you will be doing at Evalueserve

  • Working on multiple BI Modernization engagements across industries & technology platforms to support BI Roadmap development, Data migration, BI architecture design and implementation, Dashboard Migration, Rationalization, Rejuvenation, Embedded Analytics, Simulation, ML/AI/GenAI Integration, Governance, Cataloging & Dashboard development.
  • Providing expert guidance on Power BI & Looker configuration/architecture (premium features, admin settings, GCP/Azure focused on performance & scalability, GenAI, Copilot, Fabric etc.) Ideating and setting up BI Accelerators to fast-track value creation.
  • Driving holistic BI Solutions that covers BI Modernization & Governance, Data Visualization and Optimization, Data Engineering/Preparation & Embedded Analytics
  • Developing inspiring visualizations that deliver a great story and that enable key business stakeholders to take important business decisions.


What we’re looking for

  • Graduate / Post-graduate in Engineering or a similar field from a reputed university
  • 8+ years of experience delivering advanced business intelligence projects working with data visualization tools such as Power BI & Looker
  • End to end dashboard development- Storyboarding, Wireframe design, Dashboard development, Look & feel, Automation, Optimization and Deployment
  • Provide inputs for improving dashboard performance and suggest efficient data transformations for creating dashboards.
  • Understand the technical architecture to keep pace with changing business demands and new software releases.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a highly ambiguous, unstructured, fast moving, collaborative environment.
  • Exposure to Cloud and Big Data Platforms like GCP, Azure, AWS, Hadoop, etc.
  • Strong pre-sales exposure towards proposal creation, RFP response submission, building SOWs etc.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills in building slides on use cases, capabilities etc. and showcasing it in meetings.
  • Great communication skills in English, spoken and written.
  • Always learning new things and follows standards, guidelines, & best practices in the advanced BI field.
