We’re at the early build stage of our product journey, assembling a lean and ambitious engineering team that will architect and deliver a platform blending backend excellence with applied AI innovation.If you’re a software engineer with strong backend fundamentals, curiosity for modern technologies, and a desire to grow into AI and data infrastructure, this is your opportunity to be part of our founding build phase.What You’ll Do• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js (Express.js / Nest JS).• Architect and maintain microservices for data-intensive and AI-integrated systems.• Build and optimize RESTful, Graph QL, and g RPC APIs for cross-platform use.• Collaborate with AI, frontend, and Dev Ops teams to deliver end-to-end product features.• Work with databases (Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, Redis) and design efficient data models.• Implement containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.• Develop or assist in building internal tools / dashboards using modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue,Angular, or Svelte).• Set up CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.• Learn and contribute to AI/ML integrations — connecting with APIs and SDKs such as Open AI, HuggingFace, AWS Bedrock, or Lang Chain.• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and performance tuning.What You Should Bring• 3–6 years of hands-on backend development experience using Node.js (Type Script / Java Script).• Familiarity with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, Angular, or Svelte) and frontendtooling (Type Script, Webpack, Vite, etc.).• Solid understanding of server-side development and microservices architecture.• Hands-on experience with databases (Postgre SQL, My SQL, Mongo DB, Redis) and data modeling.• Experience defining and consuming APIs (REST, Graph QL, g RPC).• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their compute, storage, or serverless services.• Working knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform,Cloud Formation).• Strong grounding in software engineering principles, design patterns, and testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.• A strong desire to learn and evolve into AI, ML, and cloud infrastructure domains.Nice to Have• Exposure to AI/ML APIs and SDKs (Open AI, Hugging Face, Lang Chain, Tensor Flow.js, Py Torch).• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).• Experience with workflow orchestration, data visualization, or AI pipeline tools.• Prior experience in a startup or cloud-native environment.Why Join Us• Join the founding engineering team of a visionary AI startup.• Gain hands-on training and mentorship in AI, ML, and data-driven backend systems.• Work directly with architects and product leaders shaping enterprise-scale AI infrastructure.• Opportunity to grow into AI Platform Engineer / Tech Lead roles as we scale.• Competitive compensation and ESOP potential for early contributors.We’re Looking For• Curious, adaptable engineers who love solving complex problems and want to grow beyond backenddevelopment into the next generation of AI infrastructure engineering.•If you’re excited to build systems that blend data, AI, and automation, Nexoar.ai is where you’ll make it happen
