Job Overview:

As a Digital Designer at Adfactors, you will focus on creating innovative and engaging digital designs for our clients. You will collaborate with the digital strategy, marketing, and client servicing teams to produce high-impact visual content for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and other online platforms. Your designs will help our clients establish and enhance their digital presence and achieve their marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Design Creation: Design digital assets, including social media posts, website banners, email templates, digital ads, and other online marketing materials.
  • Responsive Design: Ensure designs are optimized for a wide range of devices, from desktops to mobile.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all designs follow clients' brand guidelines and maintain consistency across digital channels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the digital strategy and client servicing teams to understand client goals and deliver engaging content that drives results.
  • User Experience (UX) Focus: Develop designs with the user experience in mind, ensuring intuitive and seamless user interactions on digital platforms.
  • Animation & Motion Graphics: Create basic animations, GIFs, and motion graphics for social media and digital ads when required.
  • Presentation & Feedback: Present design concepts to the internal team and clients, make adjustments based on feedback, and iterate as needed.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed about emerging design trends, tools, and best practices in the digital space to ensure innovative and relevant outputs.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple digital design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as tools for digital design (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD).
  • Experience with basic motion graphics and video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in digital design, particularly for websites, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
