Job Description :


- Develop and implement the overall quality assurance strategy, test automation strategy, test plans, and methodologies for the project.

- Supervise, guide, and mentor the QA team, providing direction, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.

- Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other team leads to plan and coordinate QA activities throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure the QA team adheres to established quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements. Develop and refine QA processes as needed.

- Manage complex issues, investigate defects, and oversee their resolution. Generate detailed reports on test outcomes and communicate these to relevant stakeholders.

- Manage resources efficiently, ensuring proper utilization of the QA team for optimal project outcomes.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and optimization within the QA process.

- 7+ years of experience in quality assurance, software testing

- Experience in performing QA for data engineering/ data anlytics/ dat migration projects

- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within the QA domain.

- Experience/ expsoure of performing autamted testing for data engineering/ data anlytics/ dat migration projects

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Proven experience in a QA leadership role in software development or a similar industry.

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide strategic solutions.

- Project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
