Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Noida officeLead Specialist – Caree Consulting Delivery(D1)What can you expect?Under the guidance of experienced country consultants, contribute to the business through application of analytical techniques and methodologies on a range of projects across the Rewards service offeringWhat is in it for you?Holidays (As Per the location)Shared Transport (Provided the address falls in service zone)We will count on you for:Deliver rewards consulting projects across domains like job evaluation, grade design, salary structure design, compensation/benefits benchmarking, custom wage studies, etc. by working closely with country consultantsAnalyze clients' financial and compensation data versus market utilizing excel modelling skills. Support delivery of client project work through research, analysis, applying relevant methodologies, attending client meetings and drafting reportsResearch on public filings to gather financial data, develop peer groups to analyze client data and uses Mercer's in house technology to run reports and extract market data to use in production of analysis;

may also research otherareas at the request of country consultantsPrepare client presentations/ reports by using excel data and powerpoint for review by country consultantsDevelop and maintain good understanding of available publication reportsEnsure that project execution in line with SLA requirements, timelines and quality standards and ensuring high levels of internal and external client satisfactionClearly define hypothesis from data and find inferencesIdentify and analyze trends in client data and suggest solutions Involve in peer review activities whenever requiredCreate and review process related SOPs for training purposesDevelop own and team’s capability through informal and formal learning opportunitiesParticipate and lead internal projects to improve talent, quality, service delivery and internal efficiency/effectivenessLead knowledge sessions to mentor new members of the team. Support the Hub Leader in executing short and long term plans for the development of the teamNote: Applicants should be flexible working in shiftsWhat you need to have?Non MBA 5 - 7 years of experience in Rewards or Quantitative data analysis & excel OR MBA (HR) with 2-4 years of experience in Rewards or Quantitative data analysis & excelKnowledge of Rewards /HR domain concepts preferredBasic knowledge of StatisticsProficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerpointStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAdvance business communication skills including mail drafting, conference calls, etiquettesClient centric mindsetProject management skillsWell organized with the ability to multitaskAbility to work with multi-cultural teams/ clientsGood Team playerAnalytical skills and the capacity to interpret qualitative and quantitative dataCapability to think, articulate and write logicallyAptitude and passion for problem solving and creative thinking with the ability to structure analyses and undertake them in a logical and efficient mannerDetail orientation and high quality outputsExperience of working independently with no supervisionWhat makes you stand out?Independent and a self-starter with Client focused mindset;
