Sophon Technologies is offering an exciting opportunity for qualified individuals to join us in the role of Software Engineer, focusing on an automotive product. The selected candidate will be tasked with developing Java GUI Applications for the automotive sector.

**Responsibilities:**

· Develop high-quality software applications

· Analyze and maintain existing software applications

· Generate features and requirements for tools, devising innovative solutions

· Design and implement scalable and testable code

· Identify and resolve programming bugs

**Experience:**

· 1 - 3 years

**Basic Qualifications:**

· Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or related field

· Proficiency in Java

**Technical Qualifications:**

· Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work

· Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a startup environment

· Good understanding of Java Swing/SWT/AWT packages

· Familiarity with Eclipse IDE, Ant/Maven/Gradle, or similar build tools

· Knowledge of testing frameworks like JUnit

· Knowledge of version control tools like GIT/SVN

· Knowledge of CI/CD and build pipelines

· Knowledge of XML file parsing (Desirable)

· Familiarity with automotive tool development (Desirable)
