For our busy Hyderebad office, we need a IT Recruitment Team Lead (Delivery) to manage around five IT Delivery Recruitment Consultants (80%) and also help out with some resourcing IT roles (20%).

You will ideally have at least 12 - 18 months experience in a Team Lead role, and be hands on recruiting, so as to lead by example. The Team is medior / senior in terms of capability, so you won't be brought in to manage juniors, it is an established team where deals are being made already, and you will help take them to the next level.

European market experience is a bonus but not essenaital, contract recruitment experience is also important - we need to keep up the speed and processes that match the 'contract recruitment mindset.'
