We have a Recruitment drive on 9th November 2024 in our newly established offices in Bengaluru - Whitefield for position of Telecommunication Design Engineer - ICT, ELV & Security

Experience - 3-12 years (Design Experience only)

Qualification - Bachelor’s or Master's (Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering)

Position responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated Telecommunication Designer with experience in Building Technology Systems to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As a Telecommunication Designer at Dar, you will play a pivotal role in designing prestige projects and will coordinate/work closely with Architects, Engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize the project design and resolve design technical issues.

As telecommunication design engineer, you will design various types of facilities including commercial, institutional, industrial, residential, office buildings and similar facilities, in addition to infrastructure projects. Design activities include the preparation of reliable telecommunication designs and Detailed Design/Tender/Construction Drawings and Documents / BOQs / MOMs / Specification for the following system:

1. Structured Cabling Network (SCN)2. Fire Alarm System (FAS)3. Public Address System (PAS) / Public Address and Voice Alarm (PAVA)4. Video surveillance system (CCTV)5. Access control system (SACS)6. Audiovisual systems (AV)7. Master Clock System (MCS)8. Intercom system9. Electronic Visual Information System (IP Television)10. DAS/TETRA systems11. Simulation Software: EASE, iBwave, Ekahau, etc.

knowledge in the following systems is a plus:

1. Data Network System (DNS)2. Local Area Network (LAN)3. Wireless Data Network (WDN)4. Voice Communication Systems – IP Telephony

knowledge in the development of parametric models and computational workflows using scripting languages as Dynamo/Revit, Python, or similar tools to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and facilitate design iteration are preferred.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in electrical, Telecommunication or Electronics Engineering.- Proven experience as telecommunication designer (minimum 3-12 years).- Strong understanding of design principles, construction techniques, and building systems.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Creative thinking and a passion for pushing the boundaries of design through computational innovation.- Knowledge of Design Software is a must including Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, etc.- Certifications including any of the following are a plus: BICSI RCDD, BICSI DCDC, CDCP, CTS, CTS-D, ASIS PSP.
