We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts, focusing on B2B corporate clientele and ensuring alignment with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

As the Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for leading and executing DCGpac’s marketing strategy aimed at engaging B2B corporate customers and driving business growth. Your main duties will include:

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership :
  • Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy tailored for B2B corporate clients , with a strong focus on brand visibility, lead generation, and sales support.
  • Digital Marketing :
  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., , Email, Google Ads, and WhatsApp marketing) to generate and nurture leads.
  • CRM Management :
  • Oversee the end-to-end CRM processes, ensuring all corporate clients are engaged effectively and continuously improving customer retention strategies.
  • Content Creation and Sales Collaterals :
  • Create high-quality sales presentations , PPTs , brochures , and marketing collateral for the sales team to support lead conversion and engagement.
  • Corporate Lead Management :
  • Drive lead generation initiatives and manage the corporate lead pipeline through various marketing activities. Develop strategies to convert leads into long-term clients.
  • B2B Corporate Communication :
  • Handle all corporate communication to ensure brand consistency and align with business goals. Work closely with the leadership and sales teams to ensure the marketing message is aligned with the brand’s strategic objectives.
  • Sales Trainings and Support :
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide ongoing sales training , enabling them to communicate value propositions effectively. Create training materials, presentations, and tools to enhance sales performance.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis :
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, ensuring that DCGpac’s marketing efforts are both innovative and strategic.
Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • MBA in Marketing from a top-tier university or institute.
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in packaging, logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies for B2B corporate clients.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools ( Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, etc.) and CRM systems .
  • Strong experience in corporate lead generation and nurturing corporate relationships .
  • Excellent skills in creating sales presentations, marketing brochures , and training material .
  • Experience managing corporate communications and implementing branding strategies .
  • Strong understanding of market research and competitor analysis .
  • Exceptional communication skills , both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
