Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Content Marketer with 2-3 years of experience, ideally in the B2B space, who can think creatively and execute strategically. You’ll be a key player in our content team, helping to shape and deliver engaging narratives that resonate with our business audience. This role is perfect for someone who loves taking ownership, thrives on creativity, and brings a proactive, can-do attitude to their work.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute content that speaks directly to our B2B audience, including blog posts, reports, video scripts, thought leadership pieces, and more.
Platform Management: Contribute to our growth on LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube platforms by creating tailored content that drives engagement and builds our community.
Collaborate on Media Projects: Work closely with founders, the business team, and other stakeholders to develop media content, such as interviews, eBooks, and webinars.
Event Content Support: Assist in content creation for webinars, offline events, and AI-related initiatives that position Supersourcing as a thought leader.
Editorial Leadership: Manage the content calendar, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality content that aligns with our strategic goals and brand voice.
Proactive Content Ideation: Regularly pitch new content ideas and formats, staying ahead of industry trends and finding creative ways to engage our audience.
What You’ll Bring:
2-3 years of experience in content marketing, with a strong focus on B2B audiences.
A person who is good in front of the camera and can shoot videos would be a plus.
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce content that resonates with our target audience, i.e., CHROs, VP Engineering, senior Talent Acquisition and Engineering leaders of enterprises
A decent understanding of B2B marketing dynamics and the nuances of communicating with business leaders.
Experience with digital platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and content analytics to optimize content performance.
A proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership of projects and see them through from concept to execution.
Excellent collaboration skills, with an ability to work across teams and adapt to different project needs.
A commitment to honesty, creativity, and delivering high-quality work that aligns with Supersourcing’s values.
