Who are we?


We, Finolex Industries Limited (FIL) is India’s largest backward integrated and most trusted manufacturer of Pipes and Fittings, catering to both the sectors Agricultural and Non-Agricultural. FIL was established in 1981, manufacturing Pipes from a plant in Pune, Maharashtra. Gradually, over four decades it has expanded to four strategically located plants at Ratnagiri, Masar, Urse and Badhalwadi near Pune with the pipes manufacturing capacity of 3,70,000 MT p.a, PVC resin plant with manufacturing capacity of 2,60,000 MT p.a at Ratnagiri and Fittings plant with manufacturing capacity of 12,000 MT p.a. We have a sales distribution network that covers 900 dealers and over 21,000 retail touch points, all interconnected through nine branch offices across the country.


Finolex Industries Ltd. is hiring for the Head Treasury position based in our corporate office, Pune.

Your Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Investment Management: - Investment of surplus funds (Investment Scouting for Bonds) – Through understanding of Products MF schemes /Bonds/Fixed Deposits and Interest rate dynamics impacting investment their getting the best returns on the investment.
  • Ensure all Answering / resolving all queries of the investors /investment community.
  • Ensure proper Delivering on new technology to be adopted by the company ( Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning).
  • Ensure Liquidity for the fulfilment of short & long term Liability & future investments.
  • Supervision of Trade Finance Activity like issuance of Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit, Buyers Credit, foreign remittances.
  • Managing Adequate liquidity for short term and long term business needs at all times. Effective utilization of funds, including investment of idle funds to get optimum yield.
  • Coordinating with Banks for various cash management services/banking products. Negotiating and Analysis of Bank Charges.
  • Regular interaction and relationship with analyst and investor community meeting and calls.
  • Presentation for quarterly analyst meet and for investor conferences/roadshows and also prepare competition data. Ensure Market Intelligence, with in-depth Financials benchmarking for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance to Trade Finance Compliance & adherence to Bank Covenants.
  • Effecting the Foreign currency remittances as per prescribed FEMA/RBI guidelines.
  • Regular MIS reporting of all forex related trades, balances and exposures – timely reporting for accurate management decision making.
  • Monitoring and Controlling IDPMS States Regulatory.
  • Relationship management with credit agencies.


Your Profile:

  • Professional Chartered Accountant OR MBA - Finance
  • Minimum 10+ years experience in Treasury.
  • Must have team handling experience.
  • Have strong understanding of - Financial Analysis, Derivative, RBI /FEMA, Fund raising/Borrowing, Forex, Trade Finance (LC/BC/BG)
