Designing strategic IT transformation plans and implementing a target operating model that leveraged new business enablement, reducing costs, and streamlining operations to ensure competitiveness in a global market; providing thought leadership in network development and support practices. ➢ Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals ➢ Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage ➢ Help departments use technology profitably ➢ Implementing the data security at all 4 levels (end user asset level, application level, N/W level, Enterprise Mail, and cloud storage drive level). ➢ To ensure Information technology and management are in-line with agreed strategy and policy.
