Maak onderdeel uit van onze reis terwijl we het perspectief van technische werving herdefiniëren.Als Enterprise Architect zul je:Bijdragen aan het uitwerken en realiseren van de visie, inclusief alle bijbehorende aanpassingen in het proces- en applicatielandschap, voor de clusters die gezamenlijk wendbare logistiek vormgeven.

Wendbare logistiek vormgeven door samen te werken met verschillende clusters om applicaties te ontwikkelen die nodig zijn voor het plannen en uitvoeren van diensten.

Logistieke processen beïnvloeden door ze wendbaarder, responsiever en efficiënter te maken.

Bijdragen aan de mobiliteit en toegankelijkheid van miljoenen gebruikers door applicaties te ontwikkelen voor het plannen en uitvoeren van diensten.

Werken aan het creëren van een duurzame samenleving waar transport steeds belangrijker wordt vanwege de uitdagingen van verstedelijking.

Wat je aan tafel brengt:Academisch werk- en denkniveau (WO) en minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in rollen zoals Enterprise Architect of Program Architect.

Certificering in Architectuur- en Agile-methoden (TOGAF, Archimate, SAFe) is een pre.

Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring in stakeholdermanagement in een complexe organisatie.

Je bent gewend om op strategisch niveau te werken en resultaten te behalen.

Je hebt ervaring in (functioneel) leiderschap.

Je bent analytisch sterk, besluitvaardig, proactief in communicatie en in staat om snel te schakelen tussen technische discussies en functionele/conceptuele discussies.

Je bent in staat om je aan te passen aan verandering.

Je zou de vaardigheid moeten hebben om:De visie, kaders en principes verder te ontwikkelen, te verspreiden, te monitoren en te beveiligen naar alle architecten en andere belanghebbenden in zowel het bedrijfsleven als IT.

De visie te vertalen naar doelarchitecturen en roadmaps. Je neemt ook verantwoordelijkheid voor de enablers op de roadmap en stemt deze af met belanghebbenden.

Een verbinding te onderhouden met de werkvloer en te coördineren, met solution-architecten, dat ontwikkelingen in lijn zijn met de visie van het cluster en bijbehorende kaders.

Af te stemmen met de Lead Enterprise Architect van het resultaatgebied om verbeteringen te realiseren met betrekking tot interne architectuurprocessen en -producten, inclusief organisatiebrede technische standaarden en best practices.

Analyze data using Business Intelligence Tools. Inventory and translate customer/stakeholder information needs into new queries/selections. Assess data for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness and test organizational measures regarding data reliability. Analyze the coherence of data based on organizational developments and propose improvements. Identify bottlenecks, make improvement proposals in your field, and implement them after approval. What You Bring to the Table: A completed HBO education in ICT. At least 5 years of work experience as a data analyst. At least 5 years of work experience with Power BI and Business Intelligence tools. Experience working in similar companies is a plus. Excellent communication skills and necessary persuasiveness. Results-oriented and meticulous in your work. Proactive and independent, but also capable of working well in a team.
