We are looking for a talented Mocap Polishing Animator with a strong animation background and hands-on expertise in Autodesk Motion Builder. The ideal candidate is an animator by craft — someone who understands performance, body mechanics, and storytelling through motion — and is experienced in refining motion capture data to deliver high-quality, production-ready animation.This role involves enhancing mocap performances by fixing technical and visual issues, refining interactions with props and environments, and ensuring the final output meets artistic and project standards.Key Responsibilities- Import, clean, and edit motion capture data within Motion Builder.- Apply motion data to rigs and ensure accurate character performance.- Work closely with the Sr.Leads and leads to maintain consistency in quality.- Adjust timing, poses, and body mechanics to enhance realism and performance.- Retarget animation data between various character rigs.- Troubleshoot animation and rig-related issues within Motion Builder.- Where applicable, export animation clips for integration into game engines (Unreal, Unity, etc.) or 3D pipelines.- Ability to shift between various animation styles.- Experience with animation software, such as Motion Builder is must.- Strong understanding on Motion capture pipeline and cleanup process.- Ability to enhance and edit the existing Motion capture data.- Excellent communication skills with passion for Game
