We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, therapy planning, and effective communication with parents and team members.Roles & Responsibilities:- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders using standardized tools and clinical assessments.- Administer appropriate standardized tests and evaluation tools.- Prepare detailed and timely assessment reports for each child.- Design individualized intervention plans and monthly goal plans.- Revise goals regularly based on each child's progress.- Ensure consistent parental engagement and build trust for continued therapy participation.- Conduct monthly progress reviews with parents and obtain signed feedback.- Re-evaluate children periodically and prepare quarterly progress reports.- Maintain comprehensive session notes, attendance sheets, and other required documentation.- Build and maintain effective working relationships with the Centre Head, co-workers, and reporting managers.- Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative care planning.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology.- Valid RCI registration.- 1-2 years of experience preferred; freshers with strong clinical training are welcome to apply.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Child-centric, empathetic, and collaborative approach to therapy.- Proficiency with therapy tools, documentation software, and online systems.
