Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as an Executive in Finance and Accounts, specializing in US Staffing. This role will involve managing various financial tasks and ensuring compliance with US accounting standards.

Role & Job Responsibilities:

• US Compliance and Taxation:
• Handle quarterly and yearly returns.
• Manage legal notices.
• Expense Management:
• Oversee employees' and consultants' expense management.
• Accounts Receivables/Invoice Processing/Client/Supplier Management:
• Manage monthly invoicing and cash applications.
• Handle collections and client emailing.
• Resolve disputes and generate A/R aging reports.
• Accounts Payables/Bills Processing/Vendor Management:
• Raise bills and manage A/P aging reports.
• Handle vendor emailing and escalations.
• Workers Compensation:
• Manage activation/termination of states with the insurance company as per activation/termination of employees.
• Accounting Software:
• Utilize QuickBooks and ADP for various accounting tasks.

Good To Have Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of U.S. Accounting.
• Knowledge of U.S. payroll processes including activations, terminations, attendance and leave management, state and federal taxes, and timesheet management.
• Understanding of US compliance and workers' compensation.
• Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivables/Invoice Processing/Client/Supplier Management.
• Basic knowledge of Accounts Payables/Bills Processing/Vendor Management.
• Ability to perform bank reconciliations (Bank Recon).
• Expense management skills.
• Familiarity with Indian Accounting including bookkeeping and payroll management.

Qualifications:

• Freshers having Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field can apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a night shift and manage time effectively.
