This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across different areas, is a quick learner, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.RequirementsOnline Community Building & Management:Assist the online community manager in building and engaging our employee ownership community through our website.Research and identify relevant resources, people, organizations, and contentDevelop and maintain content calendars for social media platforms (e.g., , Twitter).Create social media content to promote Zolidar and our community.Assisting with customer support and responding to inquiries.Schedule and manage interviews with relevant industry people.Organize and manage online discussions and events for the community.Operational Support:Assist product and engineering teams by gathering and organizing information.Tag content and manage information architecture for easy access.Manage project timelines and deadlines using project management tools.Provide general administrative support, including meeting coordination, note-taking, and agenda preparation.Organize team meeting actions, activities, and notes to support collaborationExperience & CompetenciesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAdvanced written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectivelyProactive and resourceful with a positive attitudeFamiliarity with social media platforms and content creation toolsAbility to work with tools such as Google Sheets, MS Excel, or AirtableBasic understanding of SEO principlesExperience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) preferredEagerness to learn about the employee ownership landscapeCollege degree in a related field, such as Data Science, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or Product Management, is preferred
