Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Analyst located in Mumbai. The IT Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, analyzing system performance, and ensuring seamless operation of IT infrastructure. Key day-to-day tasks include system monitoring, managing software updates, conducting regular maintenance, and facilitating communication between departments to address IT-related concerns.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Information Technology proficiency
  • Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
  • Relevant certifications or degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Experience in the travel or airline industry is a plus
