Join Us as Our Communication LeadAt Social Innovation Studio, we believe in the power of storytelling to build meaningful connections and drive change. As we partner with impact-forward organizations to create solutions that improve lives, we are seeking a passionate storyteller to anchor our narrative across various communication channels.

As our Communication Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational narrative and amplifying our impact in the social sector. Working closely with our Partnership Lead, you will craft compelling stories and messages that resonate with our audience and position us as thought leaders.

Key Responsibilities:Manage Social Media:

Take a -first approach while also engaging on Facebook and Instagram. Share insights into our work, processes, approach, tools, and vision through engaging posts.Podcast & Video Formats:

Utilize your keen eye for editing to produce compelling podcasts and reel formats. Highlight our impactful stories and initiatives through dynamic visual storytelling.Newsletter:

Curate and craft a monthly newsletter that informs our readers about sector trends, showcases our work and approach, and adds value to our audience.Support Partnerships:

Collaborate closely with the Partnership Lead to provide communication support where needed, ensuring our messaging aligns with partnership goals.Collateral Communication:

Write and develop communication materials for tools, campaigns, and events as necessary to support organizational initiatives and partnerships.

Skills & Qualifications:Creative Writing:

Ability to craft engaging and impactful narratives.Curiosity and Research:

A love for reading and researching to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.Empathy:

Understand the perspectives of various stakeholders and convey stories that resonate deeply.Design : Basic visual design & editing skills.
