Accountabilities:

As a Specialist - Omnichannel Web & SEO QA, you will be in charge of driving Web Quality Assurance initiatives throughout AZ Websites and enhancing website speed. You will design & build various web monitoring solutions, conduct periodic audits & reviews of the QA processes effectiveness & adherence, and work closely with Web Strategic Lead to enhance and improve our service capabilities. You will also support the Tagging team in improving the quality of our web analytics data and monitor and report issues related to site structure, various page performance behaviours, broken links, website optimization tags, and other technical aspects, before and after deployment.

Essential Skills/Experience:

8+ years of experience in web development and testing.

Strong technical acumen and expertise in AEM, HTML5, CSS3 & JS

Demonstrates a strong grasp of SEO principles and adheres to best practices for web accessibility WCAG

High level of expertise in website QA & Testing processes

Preferable to have a good understanding/experience in various testing tools & frameworks like Selenium, BrowserStack, etc.

Experience in Adobe Analytics is not mandatory but would be an added advantage for this role.

Excellent Communication & Stakeholder management, along with problem solving & decision-making skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical and complex concepts and to tailor communications based on the audience.

Knowledge of JIRA, Smartsheet & similar project management tools

Experience in driving continuous process improvements and process automations.

Ability to govern and hold accountability for third party vendors & media partners.

Prior experience in Pharma domain would be an added advantage.
