Requirements

• Bachelor's / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in testing or electrical systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of electrical testing standards and procedures
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring diagrams

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of electrical & electronic components
• Coordinate with laboratories for testing and compliance
• Witness tests and ensure proper documentation
• Prepare test reports in required formats
• Develop and maintain testing guidelines
• Define qualification criteria for various components
• Refer to T & Q guidelines and arrange testing accordingly
• Design test jigs/fixtures for different testing requirements

Specific Position Challenges

• Coordination with external laboratories
• Preparing clear and professional presentations
• Handling technical documentation in line with industry standards
