We have an urgent opening for "Veeva Vault help desk support"

Job Description:

• Work with business users to identify and develop processes and procedures for Veeva Vault System.

• Ensure that all system security and control procedures are implemented and maintained.

• Act as Vault Subject Matter Expert in recommending enhancements in technical function/business utility

• Experience working closely with Business Partners in solving issues and communicating resolutions.

• Interaction with Business Analysts for Requirement Gathering and provide effort estimation.

• Expert in life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements.

• Must be familiar with project metrics reporting and dashboards.

• Provide post-go-live administrative support Analysis and deployment of new product releases.

• Maintenance of production and sandbox environments.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate information clearly and concisely to customers.

• Willingness and ability to work with multi-functional and multi-cultural teams.

• Strong organization, planning, and time management skills, including experience in leading and managing projects


Must-Have Skills:

• Experienced in providing solutions and technical architecture for any Veeva Products preferably in Veeva Clinical, Vault eTMF, Vault EDC, Vault CTMS, Site Connect, and Study Startup

• Experience with large project management and implementations. Cloud implementations are a plus.

• Migration, Agile experience, and comfortable using Agile tools like Jira.

• Scrum master certification is a plus.

• Experience working with virtual teams and multiple stakeholders at varying levels within an organization

• Experience working in the Life Sciences industry or regulated environments is a plus
