Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Manager - Active LED  to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Bengaluru. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales activities within their designated region, lead and develop a team of sales representatives, and achieve sales targets for our Active LED product line. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, valuable industry connections, and a deep understanding of regional markets and customer needs. The position reports directly to the National Sales Head or the Director, depending on the candidate’s experience.


Key Responsibilities:

•  Oversee and manage sales activities for the Unilumin LED product line within the assigned region.

•  Build, lead, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

•  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration.

•  Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

•  Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

•  Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives.

•  Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales processes and improve results.

•  Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.


Qualifications

•  Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

•  Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on motivation and performance improvement.

•  Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.

•  In-depth knowledge of the audio-visual equipment market, specifically Active LED solutions.

•  Extensive experience in sales management, particularly with Active LED products.

•  Ability to analyze sales statistics and identify areas for improvement and growth.

•  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

•  Relevant professional certifications or training in sales management and/or AV technology are preferred.

•  Fluent in English and at least one Indian regional language.
