We are looking for a highly skilled
Enterprise Solutions Architect
to drive the design, development, and governance of scalable and innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in translating business strategy into actionable architecture solutions, focusing on cloud technologies, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role involves collaborating across business and IT teams to ensure architecture alignment, manage integration strategies, and deliver robust solutions that meet business and technical objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business capabilities and requirements into comprehensive solution concepts, architectural models, functional and technical specifications, and design strategies.
  • Provide leadership in defining technology patterns, service structures, and architectural design principles to support business objectives.
  • Ensure effective architecture governance by setting and enforcing architecture standards, guidelines, blueprints, and roadmaps.
  • Analyze and recommend enterprise-level integration opportunities, aligning information flows, processes, and technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain architectural artefacts covering business, data, process, application, solution, service, technology, and infrastructure domains.
  • Guide project teams in implementing architecture solutions, ensuring compliance with established standards and strategies.
  • Visualize and communicate architecture concepts, principles, strategies, and models to business stakeholders, IT leadership, and technical teams.
  • Facilitate architecture discussions and decision-making processes to drive alignment between IT and business priorities.
  • Perform architecture assessments and capability gap analysis to recommend innovations, prototypes, and improvements.
  • Drive information management strategy, including data standards, information integration, and data governance.
  • Support strategic portfolio and program planning by providing architectural insights that prioritize investments and guide future-state planning.
  • Promote the value of architecture management practices across business and IT leadership.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong expertise in
    Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
    and cloud-based architecture solutions.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance practices.
  • Proven experience developing architecture artefacts across multiple domains (business, information, solution, technology, infrastructure).
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Minimum of
    6–10 years of IT experience
    , including
    4+ years in architecture, solution design, or related roles
    .

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
