Senior Associate - SailPoint Developer :

  • Candidate should have 5–7 years of experience in Identity Management solutions with strong hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, along with solid knowledge of Java, OOP concepts, and implementation across key SailPoint modules (connectors, rules, lifecycle events, roles, SoD, certifications, and reports).
  • Experience with IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, DBMS, and SaaS applications is essential.
  • The role also requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include SailPoint certifications (IIQ Engineer/Architect), exposure to IdentityNow, ITSM integration, Agile methodology, and Java certification

Mandatory Skills -

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in designing and implementing Identity Management solutions, Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Strong Java programming skills and solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

Nice to have skills -

  • SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Engineer / IdentityIQ Architect), Experience in integrating SailPoint with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Java certification and exposure to Agile methodologies, Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.
