Specifically dealing with
liquid dosage forms
such as syrups, suspensions, solutions, drops, etc.

• Assist in preparation and execution of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
• Ensure correct quantities of raw materials are used.
• Monitor parameters like temperature, mixing time, pH, etc.
• Operate and clean equipment such as:
• Mixing tanks
• Homogenizers
• Liquid filling lines
• Filter assemblies
• Ensure proper cleaning as per SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
• Maintain Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Log all activities in BMRs, logbooks, and checklists.
• Report deviations or non-conformances.
• Follow cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Participate in in-process checks (IPQA).
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the production area.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and warehouse teams.
• Participate in line clearance, sampling, and in-process quality checks.
• Attend internal training sessions on SOPs, safety, and GMP.
• Learn about different formulations and process control techniques.
