Engineering Leader – Industrial Automation Location: Bangalore, IndiaPosition Overview:-The Engineering Leader will be responsible for driving innovation, strategy, and execution within the Industrial Automation accounts. The individual will lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver cutting-edge automation solutions, foster technology adoption across industries and enhance overall performance. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in industrial automation, robotics, IIOT, and digital transformation.Your RoleLeadership & Strategy: Lead the development and deployment of advanced industrial automation solutions, including robotics, PLCs, SCADA, MES, and IIo T platforms such that it aligns with customer goals.Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their requirements, addressing their challenges, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customized digital solutions.Project Oversight: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of engagements, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Apply project management methodologies and best practices to achieve project objectives.Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and technology partners, to gather requirements, address challenges, and ensure successful deployment of digital solutions.Leadership: Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with experience in fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Innovation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their applicability for the industry.
