Product Manager
to shape the next generation of our product suite.

Role Overview

As a
Product Manager (Growth Stage)
, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, execution, and adoption of our agentic AI solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver innovative features, ensure scalability, and create value for diverse client industries. This role requires a blend of
strategic thinking, technical fluency, and customer empathy
to define product vision and roadmap in a rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

· Own the
end-to-end product lifecycle
– from ideation to launch, adoption, and iteration.

· Develop and refine the product roadmap aligned with company goals, client needs, and industry trends.

· Work closely with
engineering and data science teams
to translate complex agentic AI capabilities into simple, impactful user experiences.

· Partner with
go-to-market teams
to drive adoption, client success, and continuous feedback loops.

· Conduct
market research and competitive analysis
to identify emerging opportunities in target industries.

· Define success metrics (usage, retention, customer outcomes) and ensure measurable product impact.

· Collaborate with enterprise clients to deeply understand use cases and translate them into scalable features.

· Champion a
rapid experimentation culture
across product iterations to drive growth and differentiation.

Qualifications

· 4–7 years of
product management experience
, with at least 2 years in a growth-stage startup or fast- paced tech environment.

· Experience in
AI/ML products, automation, or enterprise SaaS
is strongly preferred.

· Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

· Strong technical aptitude to engage with engineers and data scientists on AI-driven solutions.

· Proven record of delivering products from zero to scale, ideally across multiple verticals.

· Excellent communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.

· Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity and an iterative approach to product building.
