Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP MDM Specialist to join our team. This role involves understanding complex business scenarios and translating them into Master Data Management (MDM) business logic. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, design solutions, create technical specifications, and lead successful implementations. You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing business processes and ensuring seamless integration across systems.

Responsibilities

  • Understand business scenarios and translate them into MDM business logic.
  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and create functional and technical documentation.
  • Design solutions and oversee their implementation and testing.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create functional design documents, process flow diagrams, and test scripts.
  • Prepare test data and execute E2E scenario testing.
  • Facilitate system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide hypercare support, user training, and post-implementation assistance.
  • Recommend and implement best IT practices.

Skills & Requirements

  • Expertise in: Business Process Analysis, MDM Business Logic, Requirement Gathering, Functional & Technical Specifications.
  • Hands-on experience in: Solution Design, Test Script Creation, E2E Scenario Testing, and SIT/UAT execution.
  • Proficiency in: Functional Design Document Creation, Process Flow Diagrams, Test Data Preparation.
  • Knowledge of IT best practices and experience in user training and support.
