Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and result oriented sales personnel to drive our furniture business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Retail and Distribution sales within the assigned territory, as well as spearheading channel expansion initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1) Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for furniture business.

2) Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.

3) Analyse market trends, competitors activities and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities and catchment area analysis to pin point proper properties.

4) Execute the expansion of Dealer and Distributor network as planned and onboarding of new channel partners to broaden market reach.

5) Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operation, promotional campaigns, display enhancement, Brand visibility of Home furniture.

6) Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the external sales team.


Qualification:

1. Proven experience of sales management within the furniture industry.2. Excellent understanding of market dynamics, consumer and industry trends.

3. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and must be highly result oriented.4. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

5. Graduate in any discipline6. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as per requirement. (75% or more)


Salary: As per the industry standards depending on the candidate's profile and experience
