Job Title : Tech-Talend Developer

Experience :

- Minimum 6 years of experience in Talend development.

- At least 3 years of experience working with Redshift.

- Proficiency with Kafka for a minimum of 3 years.

Notice Period : 15 days

Job Location : Remote

Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Talend.

2. Implement data integration solutions leveraging Talend to meet business requirements.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and design appropriate solutions.

4. Develop and optimize Talend jobs for performance and scalability.

5. Build and maintain data pipelines between various systems and platforms.

6. Work closely with database administrators and data engineers to ensure data quality and integrity.

7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL processes and data pipelines.

8. Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in data integration and ETL development.

9. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Extensive hands-on experience with Talend including design, development, and implementation.

3. Proven track record of working with Redshift and Kafka in a professional setting.

4. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.

5. Proficiency in SQL and database technologies.

6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

8. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

9. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Certification in Talend or relevant technologies.

2. Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

3. Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

4. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
