We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, with a focus on Talent Management, Learning Cloud, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management solutions.

- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud and Talent Management modules to meet business requirements.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications.

- Provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM best practices and industry standards.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

- Manage post-implementation support and maintenance activities.

- Stay updated with the latest Oracle releases and updates in the HCM Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's

- A minimum of 6 years of experience in the HCM domain, with at least 2 successful end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.

- Oracle HCM certification is highly desirable

Learning :

- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud

- Minimum 2 implementation projects for Oracle Fusion
