Key Responsibilities:Operations & Production Supervision- Monitor daily kitchen/site operations to ensure timely food preparation and dispatch.- Coordinate with production teams to maintain workflow and meet order timelines.- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (FSSAI & internal SOPs).- Oversee inventory levels and support procurement requirements.Team & Manpower Management- Supervise kitchen staff, helpers, and production crew during shifts.- Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and task allocations.- Conduct on-ground training for staff on hygiene, safety, and operational guidelines.- Resolve on-site workforce issues and escalate as needed.Quality, Hygiene & Safety Compliance- Ensure strict adherence to personal hygiene, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness.- Conduct routine checks for kitchen equipment, food storage temperatures, and safety protocols.- Report any non-compliance, equipment breakdowns, or hazards immediately.Client & Coordination- Coordinate with clients/customers regarding daily requirements and feedback.- Maintain effective communication with the central kitchen, logistics, supervisors, and management.- Handle customer concerns promptly and ensure service quality.Documentation & Reporting- Maintain daily reports for production, dispatch, manpower, and wastage.- Handle documentation related to stock, delivery records, and compliance audits.- Update management on daily operations, issues, and process improvements.
