We are hiring for Customer Care Executive in Noida location

Salary : 2 LPA TO 3 LPA (Based upon last drawn , experience and communication skills)

Role & responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
  • Respond to customer queries through email, chat, and other written communication channels.
  • Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams with detailed information.
  • Log customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools or ticketing systems.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and service level standards.
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and report recurring customer issues, feedback, and improvement areas.
  • Support campaign-specific or seasonal business requirements as needed.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Both graduates and undergraduates are welcomed.
  • Candidates must have fluency in English.
