Role Overview: Manager Programmes

As the Senior Manager Programmes, you're not just taking a job; you're answering a calling. You'll oversee multiple projects and work with teams committed to making a tangible impact in communities.

Responsibilities

• Implement & oversee diverse projects with specialized teams

• Ensure successful achievement of project targets

• Prepare and submit activity reports to trustees and donors

• Forge and maintain partnerships for collaborative success

• Travel within and outside Mumbai for project implementation

• Build a volunteer -mentor base and coordinate with volunteers involved with the projects

-Employ resourcefulness in project design, implementation, and monitoring. Trouble shoots project problems. Identifies and implements creative solutions

Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field

• Minimum 6 years of experience in non-profit program management

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi

• A positive, community-focused mindset
