Job Description :

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong UI background to join our creative team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless user experiences that drive user engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design process for user interfaces, from concept to final implementation, for web and mobile applications.

- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and project requirements.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts and interactions.

- Design user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and consistent with brand guidelines and design principles.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve the user experience.

- Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.

- Collaborate with frontend developers to translate design mockups into responsive and pixel-perfect user interfaces.

- Maintain and update design libraries, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers, helping them grow and develop their skills.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with at least 3 years of experience in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and interaction design concepts.

- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design - concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.

- Knowledge of frontend development technologies and frameworks such as React.js or Angular is a bonus.
