This is a full-time on-site role as a Creative Director at Blusteak Media in Kottayam. The Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing and directing the creative process, including creative strategy and branding. They will provide artistic and conceptual guidance to the team, ensuring high-quality graphic design and art direction. The Creative Director will collaborate with clients, marketing executives, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that meet the client's objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the creative vision and strategy for all marketing and branding initiatives for clients.
Lead and inspire a team of designers, artists, and writers to produce exceptional creative work.
Oversee the entire creative process, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to all creative outputs.
Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all creative materials.
Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative ideas to keep our brand at the forefront.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, fine arts, marketing, communications, or a related field.
5-6 years of experience in a creative role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of creative professionals.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and visual communication.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
