CES is seeking to fill the role of Senior System and Network Admin .


The following are the details matching our requirements for our ideal candidate:


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of experienced System Administrators, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support for professional development to team members.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss projects, share insights, and address concerns.
  • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of systems, network, servers, and virtualization
  • Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.
  • Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
  • Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
  • Evaluate requirements and create azure infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery.
  • Perform work in a virtualized environment and manage computers remotely.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.


Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of System and Network administration with excellent communication skills.
  • Should be flexible working in rotational shifts.
  • Learn policies and procedures related to assigned duties.
  • Configuring and managing different kinds of cloud-based applications.
  • Controlling and protecting cloud application access.
  • Knowledge on azure devops CI/CD pipeline configuration will be an added advantage.
  • Troubleshooting issues with any clouds-based applications.
  • Should have good knowledge about Linux OS.
  • Knowledge on Azure infrastructure vm’s creation and it’s network security rules.
  • Should have good knowledge of Office 365 and related applications.
  • System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus.
  • Knowledge on web application deployments on IIS and Linux environment will be an added advantage.
