Franchise Manager

• Operations & Compliance:
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functionality.
• Ensure all franchisees adhere to company policies, brand standards, and legal requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits and audits to assess operations.
• Franchisee Management & Support:
• Act as a primary point of contact for franchisees, providing support and guidance.
• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing franchisees.
• Foster strong, positive relationships with franchise partners to ensure satisfaction and success.
• Resolve operational issues and conflicts that arise.
• Business & Financial Performance:
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze reports, and manage budgets to maximize profitability.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to franchisees.
• Marketing & Brand Consistency:
• Coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns to promote the franchise brand.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards across all franchise locations.
• Staff & Team Management:
• Train, supervise, and potentially recruit staff at the franchise location.
• Lead and motivate franchise teams to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Strategic Planning & Development:
• Assist in franchise expansion plans and business development initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and suggest strategies for improvement.
• Review contracts and enforce licensing expectations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70, ₹80,000.00 per month
