All while staying committed to our member first ethos as a proud Industry Fund.  About the Role As a Senior Consultant, Investment Relations at Cbus, you’ll interpret technical business and investment-related information and data, and develop both responsible investment and investment communications content, which supports a range of investment related communication projects and tasks, within the Investment Relations team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Investment Relations, you’ll get to create communications content for a range of investment related publications, including Product Disclosure Statements, reports, internal communication materials, website, intranet, presentations, newsletters, and other collateral. This role will also see you contribute investments information for both our Annual Integrated Report and our responsible investment reporting. Key Responsibilities: Collation and the creation of content for our Annual Integrated Report Working with the responsible investment team on their communications strategy and developing responsible investment content for a range of stakeholders both internally and externally Collaborate with multiple stakeholders for investment content required for newsletters, member articles, industry partnership teams, flyers and regulatory documents Translate complex investment information into simple, clear and compelling messages and content for internal and external audiences Manage and review Investment Relations content on Cbus and Media Super websites Assist the Senior Manager, Investment Relations to deliver investment content for media, events and sponsorship communications About You You’re an experienced communications professional with a solid foundation in investments and superannuation, looking to take the next step in your career. Exposure and experience in responsible investment communications will be advantageous. You combine technical knowledge with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences. Your collaborative approach and confidence in building relationships make you a trusted advisor. You will bring: Deep expertise in investment communications within financial services, with exposure to superannuation and responsible investing Strong understanding of investment asset classes , ideally in superannuation or funds management Ability to interpret complex market and investment information and present it in a clear, compelling, and audience-focused way Highly developed organisational and interpersonal skills , with the ability to anticipate needs, prioritise effectively, and deliver under pressure Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders Proven ability to build strong collaborative relationships across internal teams, key stakeholders, and external service providers Belong at Cbus We value difference, and embrace people with diverse backgrounds, experiences, gender identities, abilities and thinking styles.
