About the Role: Freelance Video Content Creator – Short-Form Videos (Hindi + English)

We're looking for a freelance content creator based in Bangalore who can record themselves delivering short-form (1-minute) videos for social platforms like Instagram and YouTube Shorts.

You should be comfortable on camera, fluent in both Hindi and English, and able to create 6–8 talking-head videos per month — in both indoor and outdoor settings.

> Note: This is not a role for editors, videographers, or DOPs. We're specifically looking for creators who speak and appear on camera.

Responsibilities:

  • Record self-shot talking-head videos (approx. 1 minute each) based on given scripts.

  • Ensure clear audio, good framing, and natural delivery while speaking to the camera.

  • Shoot in indoor and outdoor locations as needed.

  • Coordinate with the content team for topics, feedback, and timelines.

  • Deliver raw or lightly edited footage as per platform guidelines.

Requirements:

Traits: Confident, expressive, reliable, and self-motivated.

Skills: On-camera presence, clear communication, basic shoot setup (framing, lighting, audio).

Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken).

Location: Must be based in Bangalore.

Experience: Prior experience in creating Reels, Shorts, or self-recorded content preferred.

Tools: Smartphone or camera, tripod, mic — basic content creator setup.
