You will conduct demand planning, forecasting and management of assigned units to maximize sales and drive forecast accuracy.

Key ResponsibilitiesMonitors and communicates forecasts, changes, inventory estimates, supply situations, business risks and opportunities across all warehouses on a periodic basis. Identify areas of alert and create solutions to mitigate any potential risks of product stock outs.Analyze, track and highlight the performance of defined category/SKUs. Developing deployment plan which meets anticipated customer demand at optimum inventory levels. Takes joint responsibility with warehousing teams for inventory accountability.Ability to create rolling forecasting & future projections and is able estimate future product demand by analyzing inventory flow and developing forecast models.Ability to work independently to construct complex statistical models to forecast business performance.Identify and analyze sales trends and influencing variables and incorporate analysis in forecasting & inventory planning.Partnering with Vendors/ internal stakeholders/ factory production/, sourcing to identify and reconcile gaps and supply shortages, providing an early warning system for issues identificationCoordinate with the concerned Procurement teams regarding any category updates in the demand management processes, analyze and highlight gaps in the forecast.

What we're looking for:Hands-on experience in demand forecasting, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.2-4 years of experience in demand forecasting.B.Tech graduate or MBA from reputed institution.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across departments
