About the Role:

*We are inviting applications for Faculty positions in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) programs.

*The selected candidates will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students, guiding research projects, and contributing to the academic development of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

*Teach B.Sc program courses in the respective specialization as per curriculum guidelines.

*Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions.

*Design lesson plans, study materials, and evaluation methods.

*Supervise practicals, experiments, and laboratory work.

*Guide students in academic projects, dissertations, and research activities.

*Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.

*Participate in curriculum planning, academic improvements, and departmental activities.

*Mentor and counsel students for academic and career growth.

*Engage in research, publications, and faculty development initiatives.

*Maintain discipline and a conducive learning environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

*Master's Degree in the relevant subject (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology, Botany, Computer Science, etc.) with minimum 55% marks (mandatory).

*NET/Ph.D. in the concerned discipline preferred (as per UGC norms).

Experience:

*2-15 years of teaching/research experience in higher education.

*Strong subject knowledge and practical expertise in the relevant discipline.

*Effective communication and mentoring skills.

*Familiarity with laboratory management and modern teaching practices.

भूमिका के बारे में:

हम बैचलर ऑफ साइंस (B.Sc) कार्यक्रम के लिए फैकल्टी पदों हेतु आवेदन आमंत्रित कर रहे हैं। चयनित उम्मीदवार स्नातक छात्रों को पढ़ाने, शोध परियोजनाओं में मार्गदर्शन करने और संस्थान के शैक्षणिक विकास में योगदान देने के लिए जिम्मेदार होंगे।

प्रमुख जिम्मेदारियाँ:

पाठ्यक्रम दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार B.Sc कार्यक्रम के विषय (विशेषज्ञता विषय) पढ़ाना।

व्याख्यान, ट्यूटोरियल और प्रयोगशाला सत्र तैयार करना एवं संचालित करना।

पाठ योजनाएँ, अध्ययन सामग्री और मूल्यांकन पद्धतियाँ तैयार करना।

प्रैक्टिकल, प्रयोग एवं प्रयोगशाला कार्य का निरीक्षण और मार्गदर्शन करना।

छात्रों को शैक्षणिक प्रोजेक्ट्स, शोध कार्य और डिसर्टेशन में सहयोग देना।

टेस्ट, असाइनमेंट और परीक्षाओं के माध्यम से छात्रों का मूल्यांकन करना।

पाठ्यक्रम योजना, शैक्षणिक सुधार और विभागीय गतिविधियों में भाग लेना।

छात्रों को शैक्षणिक एवं करियर विकास के लिए मार्गदर्शन और परामर्श प्रदान करना।

शोध, प्रकाशन और फैकल्टी विकास कार्यक्रमों में सक्रिय भाग लेना।

अनुशासन बनाए रखना और सकारात्मक शिक्षण वातावरण सुनिश्चित करना।

योग्यता एवं आवश्यकताएँ:

शैक्षणिक योग्यता:

संबंधित विषय (भौतिकी, रसायन विज्ञान, गणित, प्राणी विज्ञान, वनस्पति विज्ञान, कंप्यूटर विज्ञान आदि) में मास्टर डिग्री, न्यूनतम 55% अंकों के साथ (अनिवार्य)।

NET/Ph.D. (यूजीसी मानकों के अनुसार) को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।

अनुभव:

उच्च शिक्षा में 2 से 15 वर्ष का शिक्षण/शोध अनुभव।

विषय का गहन ज्ञान और संबंधित क्षेत्र में प्रायोगिक दक्षता।

प्रभावी संचार एवं मार्गदर्शन कौशल।

प्रयोगशाला प्रबंधन एवं आधुनिक शिक्षण विधियों का ज्ञान।
