About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist with expertise in both offline and online marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and offline channels (events, BTL activations, print, OOH, etc.).
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitor trends, and customer insights.
Build and manage the company's social media presence, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
Coordinate offline marketing activities including exhibitions, events, trade shows, partnerships, and local promotions.
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to create impactful campaigns that drive measurable ROI.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and suggest optimization strategies.
Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective execution.
Support brand-building initiatives through innovative marketing strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in marketing with hands-on expertise in both offline and online campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, Email Marketing tools, etc.).
Proven experience in offline marketing such as event planning, exhibitions, and on-ground campaigns.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategies.
Creative thinker with the ability to bring innovative ideas into execution.
