Senior Investor Relations Associate

This senior role focuses on identifying, managing, and converting investor leads, with an emphasis on establishing high-impact relationships. The ideal candidate will have advanced analytical skills, a robust understanding of capital markets, and expert-level Excel proficiency to manage and present financial data effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Strategic Investor Lead Generation: Develop strategies to attract targeted investors, leveraging in-depth market research and tailored outreach approaches. 
  • Advanced Lead Nurturing and Conversion: Cultivate and manage investor relationships with a focus on high-value conversions, maintaining proactive, clear, and strategic communication with leads. 
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel skills to perform complex financial analyses, develop investment reports, and present actionable insights that support investor decision-making. 
  • Investor Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations that showcase the company’s financial position and growth prospects, tailored to meet the specific needs and interests of potential investors. 
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor actions, identifying opportunities to enhance Soleos Solar’s value proposition to investors. 
  • Leadership in Investor Engagement Events: Lead and coordinate investor events, including meetings, conferences, and roadshows, ensuring impactful engagement. 
  • Data Management and CRM Oversight: Oversee the management of investor data within CRM tools and Excel, maintaining accurate records of lead progression, conversions, and investor feedback.


Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in investor relations, lead generation, financial analysis, or a similar role in renewable energy, finance, or technology. 
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. CFA or advanced financial certifications are advantageous. 
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Mastery of Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas is mandatory. 
  • Lead Nurturing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to guide complex investor leads through to conversion, with proven experience managing high-value relationships. 
  • Strategic Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively and professionally. 
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Highly developed analytical skills with a strategic approach to solving challenges and uncovering actionable insights. 
  • CRM and Data Management Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools for tracking investor interactions and managing relationships, with meticulous attention to data accuracy. 
  • Interpersonal and Relationship-Building Skills: Proven track record of building and sustaining investor relationships, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
