Weare seeking an experienced Business Development Manager tospearhead our sales efforts in the field of Digital Printing andUVDTF Machines. This role demands a dynamic individual with aproven track record in sales a deep understanding of the digitalprinting industry and the ability to drive revenue growth throughstrategic planning and clientacquisition.
Responsibilities:
  • MarketAnalysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identifypotential clients market trends and competitors. Utilize findingsto develop targeted sales strategies.
  • SalesStrategy: Formulate and execute a robust sales strategy topenetrate the digital printing and UVDTF machine market focusing onboth new client acquisition and nurturing existingrelationships.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify andapproach potential clients build and maintain relationships andnegotiate contracts to secure sales of digital printing and UVDTFmachines.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop an indepthunderstanding of our product offerings staying updated ontechnological advancements and effectively communicating the valueproposition to clients.
  • Sales PipelineManagement: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation toclosing deals ensuring a healthy sales pipeline and timelyfollowups.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with themarketing and technical teams to align strategies ensuringconsistent messaging and understanding of clientrequirements.
  • Targets and Reporting: Setachievable sales targets and regularly report on progress providinginsights and recommendations for continuousimprovement.

Qualifications:
  • Experience:Minimum of 4 years in a similar role within the digital printing orUVDTF machine industry demonstrating a successful track record insales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understandingof digital printing technologies UVDTF machines and familiaritywith the current market landscape.
  • SalesSkills: Exceptional negotiation communication andrelationshipbuilding abilities.
  • AnalyticalSkills: Proficiency in market analysis identifying trends andformulating datadriven salesstrategies.
  • SelfMotivated: Proven ability towork independently prioritize tasks and meet/exceed salestargets.
  • Bachelors degree in BusinessAdministration Marketing Engineering or a related field(preferred).
