Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to support our marketing and outreach efforts. This role provides a hands-on opportunity to engage with data collection and market research in a fast-growing Agritech company, contributing to high-impact campaigns focused on sustainable farming.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
- Assist in creating and curating content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other digital channels.- Develop creative assets (e.g., images, videos, graphics) to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
Social Media Management:
- Manage daily posts on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.- Track social media metrics, monitor trends, and suggest improvements for engagement.
Data Collection and Market Analysis:
- Conduct data collection and assist in analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities within the agritech and sustainability sectors.- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to identify potential opportunities for INNOFarms.
Outreach and Cold Calling:
- Support outreach efforts by assisting with cold calls and initial contact with potential partners, clients, and collaborators.- Engage in partnership development, including identifying and contacting potential influencers and collaborators aligned with INNOFarms’ mission.
Campaign and Event Support:
- Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns, helping to drive awareness and engagement.- Support event coordination and community engagement activities to promote INNOFarms’ brand and mission.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, such as engagement rates, conversions, and website traffic.- Present findings and contribute data-driven insights for ongoing campaign improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Environmental Science, Economics, or related fields.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Proficiency in social media and familiarity with digital marketing trends.- Experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Canva, or social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.- Comfortable with making cold calls and initial outreach.- Passionate about sustainability and innovative technology in agriculture.- Self-starter with a creative mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team.
