Adosphere (A Workplace from Meta Partner Company) seeking a talented Account Manager to join our growing team and lead the charge on international client accounts.


About the Role:

In this exciting role, you'll be the bridge between our clients and our creative team. You'll wear many hats, from fostering client relationships and managing expectations to overseeing project execution and ensuring everything stays on track, on time, and within budget.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with our international clientele.
  • Partnering with the Creative Director and Director of Business Development to lead projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with internal teams (Creative, Production, IT, Finance, and Digital) to deliver impactful communications aligned with client briefs and agency strategy.
  • Developing and managing project budgets, keeping a close eye on costs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Providing expert guidance on traditional and digital communications, including media buying.
  • Staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving agency landscape, with a keen interest in digital consumer engagement strategies and website development.
  • Demonstrating leadership potential with the ability to guide a small team, including Account Executives or design and copy teams.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a knack for clear and concise communication, both written and verbal.
  • Can confidently present ideas and navigate client conversations.
  • Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking skills to challenge briefs and elevate the final product.
  • Is proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Has a few years of experience working in an agency environment (bonus points for international client experience).
  • Is fluent in English (Hindi a plus).
