Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate

should have a strong background in interior design or engineering, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of  experience in managing projects with construction & interior industry. The Project Manager will be 

responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial client consultation to final

installation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality 

standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Conduct initial client consultations before starting work at site to understand project 

requirements, objectives, and expectations.

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, sourcing, production, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution 

of projects.

  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines 
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates and 

addressing any concerns.

  • Conduct site visits to assess project scope, provide technical guidance, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones,

risks, and performance metrics.

  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging team development

and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the wall 

graphics or signage industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with CAD software and design visualisation tools.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Experience working with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
